We do not live in the city of Toronto and we were searching for a place for my daughter to rent as she moved to Toronto to start school.  We were so lucky to come across Robin.  Robin went over and above and offered caring personalized service.  We seriously could not have done it without her.  She made sure to look at safe, close and clean areas that were easily accessible to the school.  We were able to trust her, and based on her recommendation alone, we were able to find the perfect place to rent, site unseen.  My daughter has just moved in and the place is even beyond what we were expecting.  My daughter is over the moon.  If you are looking at renting or buying in TO, I would recommend Robin in a heartbeat.
